Advising
New clients are welcome to book by the hour for instant advice on their AI related problem, or they can request a quick assessment of their business where we review your business processes and offer immediate solutions and an educated estimate of future services.
All clients, new and old, benefit from our Advising Retainer service where clients have 24/7 access to our team of AI experts, trained to respond to requests with custom write ups, tutorials and get access to 4 hours per month of one-on-one or one-to-many time with our team to keep yours up to date and operating at the highest efficiency.
Implementation
Full scale AI implementation can be applied on a project basis or part time for AI implementation over an entire company. We do a thorough assessment, work with leadership to devise a customized, feasible AI Action plan, and stay to observe, train and adjust the plan as needed to accomplish our client's goals.
Upon termination of our AI Action plan, we recommend our clients remain on retainer to stay up to date on any changes, updates and relevant advancements in AI as it pertains to their business.
Workshops
Our team offers AI courses and trainings for users at all levels. We regularly offer our beginner and intermediate courses to various Small Business Development Centers (SBDC's), Chambers of Commerce, Schools, Colleges and Universities. We offer customized courses and training programs for companies seeking to train their staff on a specific AI skillset, such as content creation, or on a specific program or series of programs, such as Microsoft's CoPilot. We partner with other AI specialists and educators to create comprehensive and impactful programming to meet your needs.

Jessica Wynter Martin is our founder and namesake of the company. Originally founded as "the business under which I do business" JWM Concepts has served as the body under which great ideas are later manifested as products, services, programs or businesses of their own.
