Who are we?

We are a team of dedicated, highly skilled, highly motivated and intellectually curious individuals lead by our founder and CEO, Jessica Wynter Martin. Founded in 2016 as "the business under which I do business", JWM Concepts has served as the body under which great ideas are later manifested as products, services, programs or businesses of their own. The company transition into AI consulting was organic, after joining an AI enthusiast group in early 2023, Jessica showcased her work and clients came to her requesting her services. She was further asked by the creators of the community to teach her Midjourney course and has since worked closely with entrepreneurs and C-suite executives to implement AI in their companies.

What do we do?

A startup at heart, JWM Concepts offers Fractional Chief AI Officer consulting services, workshops and courses as a way to challenge our team with novel, grounded AI use cases to inform our research, and to support small and medium sized businesses transform into their highest and most modern form, fully AI equipped, trained and able.

Who do we help?

Every company, every industry, every economy will be impacted and forever transformed due to AI, but only those who are prepared for change, will accept it, embrace it and through the process, evolve. We have the greatest capacity for impact on startups with significant startup capital, however mature enterprises with over $1M in revenue which are currently undergoing a transition period such as preparing for sale, recent merger or acquisition, etc., are the best fit. We are vertical and location agnostic, passport ready and able to travel for on site consults, speaking engagements and trainings.

Our Methods

What makes us unique is twofold: we first learn how our clients learn and tailor our plans and communication to their needs for maximum efficiency, and second we use the "AI in the Machine". We extract maximum value from the existing programs and platforms our clients use and develop solutions that fit as seamlessly as possible into their workflows and systems while maximizing output.

We also offer an AI Content Creation package where we create, post and manage all content, typically for marketing or educational purposes and we have Fractional CAIO offerings which one of our CAIO’s develops your custom AI solutions, oversees the implementation and trains staff.
