New clients are welcome to book by the hour for instant advice on their AI related problem, or they can request a quick assessment of their business where we review your business processes and offer immediate solutions and an educated estimate of future services.
Advising Retainer
All clients, new and old, benefit from our Advising Retainer service where clients have 24/7 access to our team of AI experts, trained to respond to requests with custom write ups, tutorials and get access to 4 hours per month of one-on-one or one-to-many time with our team to keep yours up to date and operating at the highest efficiency.
Full or Mini?
We have two variants of our retainer available, mini for solo and micropreneurs, and full for small businesses $5 million and above.
The mini plan grants access to all community groups, open workshops, open trainings and all recordings of previous meetings, workshops and courses we have available. AI experts are present in the community chats and clients will get up to 4 hours per month of one to one time. All retainer clients get discounts on future services and additional one to one time.
Full retainer clients get all of the above along with a private slack channel with our experts, priority access to one on one time, and exclusive courses and workshops.

Full scale AI implementation can be applied on a project basis or part time for AI implementation over an entire company. We do a thorough assessment, work with leadership to devise a customized, feasible AI Action plan, and stay to observe, train and adjust the plan as needed to accomplish our client's goals.

What is the Advising Retainer?
The Advising Retainer gains clients access to our team of AI experts for all of their AI questions, to get quick custom guides, short tutorials and 4 hours per month of one on one support.
How does the Advising Retainer work?
We will establish our own communication channel, typically Slack, where members of your team or company will have access to ours and you will be able to ask all your AI related questions and get quick, informed and educated answers. As needed your team will be able to schedule up to 4 hours of one to one, or one to many, time with your team to review your situation, screenshare, provide tutorials and otherwise support your AI adoption, use, and integration.
What is included in the retainer
1 private communication channel, Slack, WhatsApp, Signal, GroupMe, etc., with 24/7 access to our team of AI experts. 4 hours a month of rollover one on one or one to many time with our team for custom tutorials, tailored Q&A and troubleshooting purposes. Access to archives of courses, workshops, newsletters, blogs and articles.
What if we need more one on one time?
One on One time is typically billed at $200 per hour, retainer clients get a 50% discount or are billed $100 per additional hour.
What about in person meetings?
For clients in the DMV, we are able to convert unused one on one time into in person meetings if that works best, however we require that meetings are scheduled no less than two weeks or 10 business days in advance in 2 or 4 hour blocks. For clients outside of the DMV, we can discuss options for our company to send a representative to your business at a discounted rate..
Are the one on one’s structured or can they be free form?
We can do either, whichever works best. We recommend that our clients set aside 2 hours per month as “AI Training” and 2 hours as Q and A time whenever one on one time isn’t used, to keep your team up to date on changes, updates and resources that impact your company and the products you’re currently using, or may consider using.
How much does it cost?
As of May 19, 2025 Advising Retainer is $1,000 USD per month or $10,000 USD per year. Pricing is subject to change.
What discounts do you offer for additional services?
Additional one on one time is billed at at 50% discount, other services on a project basis are reduced by 25 - 50% on a per project basis.
Why is this good for my business?
The cost for an AI Generalist today is around $200K annually and above for AI specialists who will still require paid training and time to acclimate to your business and their processes before their impact is felt, often costing hundreds of thousands of dollars and many lost hours of productivity before yielding a return or cost reduction equaling their expense. For just $10,000 per year your company will instead have access to AI experts trained on a variety of elements of AI use and adoption who are available to answer your questions, make custom trainings, tutorials and give one on one time to your team. In addition, being a retainer clients gains you discounts on all our other services and you’ll be working with a company which is already aware of your situation, needs and pain points.
Simply put, you’ll get annual access to an expert for less than the cost of one month’s salary for a full time expert of your own.
