1. Services
JWM Concepts LLC provides AI strategy advisory, implementation, and training services. Specific service terms are outlined in individual engagement agreements.
2. Engagement Terms
- All consulting sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged
- Session recordings may be made available at our discretion
- Deliverables are provided as specified in each service agreement
- Payment terms are specified at the time of booking
3. Cancellation Policy
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to the full session fee.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. See our Confidentiality Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of JWM Concepts LLC. Clients receive a license to use materials for internal business purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. JWM Concepts LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
